As a mentor, I am open to working with various genres in the romance category, with a special interest in BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled writers.
I would love to see YA romantasy and rom-coms, as well as adult rom-coms. I would also love interracial romances that feature different POCs. Romances set in historical settings, especially with BIPOC characters in their own countries and cultures, are also very welcome. But I am open to anything. If you feel like we will be a great fit, surprise me.
I would prefer that trigger warnings be included.
I won't consider anything related to sexual abuse, incest, romances featuring Nazis or slave/slaver relationships.
My mentoring style is strategic, thinking about how to get things done. I love to work on the specifics, and I am also very idea oriented.
