Danica Nava is an executive assistant by day and writer by night. When she is not being led around the house by her toddler, she is devouring the pages of too many books and dreaming up silly/sexy scenarios she can thrust her characters into. In addition to being an author, she has her MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and is an enrolled citizen of the Chickasaw Nation. Her debut THE TRUTH ACCORDING TO EMBER is set to publish August 2024 with Berkley.

MSWL:

I love unique twists on classic tropes and stories an example of this would be Nikki Payne's PRIDE AND PROTEST, it turns the original on it's head and then the only one bed trope with the hilarious and hot only one nap pod. Do you have something like this? If so, I want to see it! I'd love to see a unique paranormal romance with witches, vampires, dragons, werewolves etc. in a way we have yet to see them. Most importantly, I love comedy and I love to laugh, so if you have a romantic comedy with banter and silly situations then I definitely want to see it. I also love a lot of heart, does your main character experience a hardship that is specific to their culture or demographic? I can relate and I believe you can have these serious conversations while also telling a moving romance with comedy.

Does your character have a secret? I'm really interested in unique thrillers with strong romantic elements that blur the lines for the reader and the protagonist.

I would love to see any of the above in Adult, New Adult, or YA.

*I do not love reverse harem, and don't think I'd be a good match for that.
